For the use of facilities for laundry, showering and
dishwasher, it is being settled according to consumption.
We have no vending machines at Sannes Familiecamping, but a special payment card-system that is used for the payment of using consumption-settled facilities. Payment cards can be picked up at reception.
You can add extra credit to the card during the reception’s opening hours
NOTE: The card can ONLY be used when credit has been deposited on it. Consumption is settled on departure. The remaining amount on the chip card will be refunded on departure.

When checking out of the camping cabins and luxury cabins, both the rented equipments and all inventory in the cabin/caravan must be handed over in the same cleaned and tidy condition as on your arrival. Possibly necessary cleaning by our staff will be done at the tenant’s expense.
If you want final cleaning, it must be ordered no later than 3 days before departure from the campsite. From 2024 it will not be possible to carry out final cleaning yourself even in weeks 27-31. A mandatory cleaning deposit is paid together with the rent.

The cleaning deposit will be transferred to your stated bank account no later than 10 days after departure if we have received correct bank details and the cleaning is ok.
The following can be reserved no later than 2 weeks before arrival. It must be picked up and returned at the reception or another designated place.
